two. FLASHLIGHT MOVEMENT

WHAT YOU Need:
flashlights - 1 for each child or pass out a few and take turns
HOW TO PLAY:
See video of actions below, starting at 6:45.
Turn on the flashlight.
Brand circles to the right (I wonder when....angels sing).
FREEZE. OTHER WAY.
Brand circles the other way (Will earth...bound).
FREEZE. At present circle overhead.
Circle overhead (I wonder...than the rest).
FREEZE. Overhead over again but circle the other fashion. (Will daylight...nest).
FREEZE. Back down hither and circle this mode
Circle as you started (I'm certain...knee).
FREEZE. At present circle the other direction (Because he....to me).

WHAT YOU NEED:
Write sets of questions upwards on the board (run into the question listing in link Here)
Questions pdf costless in the printables library (register or sign in below).
HOW TO PLAY:
Run across the game in activity in the video ABOVE (start at viii:29)
SR. Chief - As you sing, let one child come up for each song phrase and circle the question that matches the phrase and cross out the others.
JR. Main - Instead of writing the questions, inquire the kids before each phrase, to run across if they can effigy out which question you sing about. Then read Two of the questions, one that is correct and i that is wrong. (Ex: Does this phase inquire nigh shepherds or herald angels?).
GAME VARIATION: Instead of words, use PICTURES - due west hich pictures are not in the song (see #four SPOT Information technology below). Get the game in the song package Hither.
6. HAND WAVES (WAVES OF THE Body of water)
HOW TO PLAY:
Make pocket-sized and large wave motions forward and dorsum as singing.

RHYMING WORDS VARIATION, (y'all will need rhyming words strips or just write up on the
lath as y'all sing). [This is a skilful ane for Sr. Main]

Ask the kids to notice what give-and-take ends each phrase and see if they can figure out the matching rhyming words.
10. SINGING IN THE Round

Assign each course one of the questions to sing and then everyone sings the last part together. Rotate the questions/phrases and echo until every form has had a turn singing each of the questions. For movement, y'all could have them stand and sing on their turn so sit.
4 CORNERS VARIATION:
Mail each of the question phrases or visuals on each of the 4 walls effectually the room, e.g. one wall would accept, "I wonder when he comes again, will herald angels sing?", and so the next wall would accept posted, "Will earth exist white with drifted snow, or will the globe know spring?" and and so forth. HOW TO USE:
